Service Consultant (Call Center Agent) - $20/HR Starting
TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a customer-focused Service Consultant (Call Center Agent) to join their Call Center Team. This role involves being the first line of communication for customers, providing exceptional service, and gaining foundational knowledge in the banking industry.

Responsibilities
Respond to customers’ inquiries and provide information about banking services
Work in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service
Handle confidential customer information appropriately
Qualification
Required
Must be open to training Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm for the first 3 months of employment
Shift will be 7a-330p or 1030a-7p, including Saturday or Sunday, upon completion of training
Must be able to work all 7 days, but will only be working 5 days a week
High level of professionalism and customer-orientation, with strong verbal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where creating a positive customer experience is the #1 priority while also appropriately handling confidential customer information
2+ years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales or financial environment
Preferred
Experience and comfort with computers and internet highly desirable
