Responsibilities

Leading billing contract setups in NetSuite as new agreements are executed
Creating and maintaining billing templates aligned with contract rates, rules, and standards
Building SOR records for first-time contracts, including activity codes, groups, and reason codes
Configuring and maintaining ZAB settings to support complex contract requirements
Supporting day-to-day NetSuite billing operations and responding to team questions
Reducing user errors through saved searches, alerts, and system controls
Validating custom billing tables to ensure process alignment
Supporting month-end close activities, including accrual proforma validation and system accrual runs
Responding to ad-hoc data extraction and custom reporting requests
Developing and maintaining billing-related saved searches and reports
Troubleshooting system integration errors and diagnosing ZAB issues
Maintaining user roles and permissions with compliance to segregation of duties
Updating and adjusting NetSuite scripts to accommodate project-driven changes
Collaborating with IT and project teams on billing system enhancements

Qualification

Required

Proven experience in NetSuite billing module, including ZAB
Knowledge of stevedoring contracts and industry billing practices
Advanced Excel skills for rate modeling, validations, and uploads
Hands-on experience creating and maintaining custom records, templates, and saved searches
Troubleshooting integrations and familiarity with SuiteScript
Understanding of system controls and segregation of duties compliance
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

Preferred

Experience supporting ERP transitions, such as NetSuite to IFS
Background in Marine Logistics or related maritime services
Experience working closely with Billing or Finance teams in operational environments
