Responsibilities

Manage day to day business interaction between Complementary Distribution business line and 3-5 key customers
Manage end to end business including technical clarification, commercial clarification, bidding process and contract negotiation (in collaboration with other departments)
Key Account Manager serve as single point of contact to selected key customers
Participation on selected fares and conferences in tight collaboration with Complementary Distribution - marketing team
Close collaboration with technical department (training, commissioning, service technicians, …)
Weekly update of CRM

Required

Bachelor degree in any technical or business field
Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions
Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers
Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors

Preferred

Master degree or/and MBA will be considered advantage
5 + years sales or account management experience
Knowledge of retail gas and diesel market & technology
Previous experience in similar role will be considered advantage
