Responsibilities
Work with the Dallas, Texas Brookfield Land teams
Gain exposure in residential land acquisitions and land development operations
Support areas within the business including Construction Management, Finance / Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Community Management and Homeowner Associations
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related field (e.g., Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly proactive candidate who independently seeks out solution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
A keen interest in real estate and development
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player
A positive and can-do attitude
Ability to work 40 hours per week Monday – Friday
Must possess reliable transportation
