Human Resources Operations Manager
Confidential is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to deliver core HR operations across their U.S. employee population. This role is responsible for managing HR systems, reporting, benefits and leave administration, ensuring accurate and efficient HR processes.

Responsibilities
Manage HRIS and employee data across multiple platforms ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality while continuously improving data flow and automation through process enhancements and vendor collaboration
Administer employee benefits and leave programs, including medical, dental, retirement, FMLA, ADA, and state leaves. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to these areas
Produce and analyze HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and compliance reporting
Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, performance issues, corrective actions, and terminations
Document, standardize, and continuously improve HR operational processes
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR operations
Strong hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and HR reporting
Direct experience administering U.S. benefits and leave programs
Some employee relations experience with working knowledge of U.S. employment laws (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour, EEO)
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Preferred
