Responsibilities
Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas
Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems
Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management
Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary
Utilize a range of skills including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more to conduct maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures
Qualification
Required
At least three years of maintenance technician experience
Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Computer literacy is required
A valid and current driver's license is required for this position
Preferred
An HVAC certificate is helpful but not required
