Responsibilities

Serving as a mentor to K-2 students, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limits
Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational pathways
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (including public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for sustained success
Building a culture centered on curiosity, ambition, and continuous growth
Supporting students in recognizing their individual strengths and interests

Required

Available to work onsite at one of our campus locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in educational, afterschool, coaching, or comparable settings
Excellent public speaking abilities, with proven capacity to engage and energize young audiences
Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
Authorization to work legally in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Willingness to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
