Responsibilities
Properly instructs and guides LPNs in client care responsibilities and assignments
Completes initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
Medication administration
Knowledge and delivery of detox protocols
Completes COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol
Provides medication education to clients
Coordinates and supports medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
Maintains medical equipment in proper working order; maintains confidentiality and proper boundaries
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice
Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid
