Responsibilities
Processing Weekly, Biweekly, Semi-monthly and Monthly payrolls for assigned employees using ADP Workforce Now
Responsible for accurate processing of all aspects of the payroll process, including but not limited to, maintaining and processing time and attendance records; processing all payroll deductions; processing compensation changes, overtime, and shift changes; and withholding adjustments
Performing pre-processing and post-processing payroll reconciliation tasks as required
Preparing and providing all required payroll and related reports needed for the month-end
Responding to payroll inquiries from employees via tickets
Responsible for review and accurate completion of periodic and year-end reporting information
Additional tasks and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with employees and management
You possess a logical and methodical work manner accompanied by a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality
3 years of payroll processing experience on ADP WFN
Understanding of payroll processing principles
Must be able to interact with various levels of management
Must work well under strict deadlines and in a high-volume environment where multitasking is essential
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office- Excel, Word
Preferred
Knowledge of E-time is a plus
