Confidential is a growing professional services company specializing in eDiscovery and legal services. They are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing eDiscovery and related legal services opportunities while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
Drive new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing eDiscovery and related legal services opportunities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Lead discovery conversations with law firms and corporate legal departments
Collaborate internally to deliver integrated solutions across eDiscovery, managed review, staffing, and cybersecurity
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B sales experience with direct eDiscovery selling experience strongly preferred
Prior experience selling to law firms, corporate legal departments, or legal operations teams
Proven success in consultative, solution-based sales
Comfortable navigating long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented
