Responsibilities
Build FSC solutions using OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards), Flow Orchestration, Apex, and LWC
Configure FSC objects, entitlements, territories, and Account/Contact relations; implement reporting/dashboards
Integrate with enterprise systems using secure APIs; write unit/integration tests and automation hooks
Adhere to architecture patterns, coding standards, and performance/security best practices
Participate in backlog refinement, estimation, and technical design; create documentation
Support deployments and hypercare; triage and fix production issues
Upgrade success with minimal remediation
Qualification
Required
Build FSC solutions using OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards), Flow Orchestration, Apex, and LWC
Configure FSC objects, entitlements, territories, and Account/Contact relations; implement reporting/dashboards
Integrate with enterprise systems using secure APIs; write unit/integration tests and automation hooks
Adhere to architecture patterns, coding standards, and performance/security best practices
Participate in backlog refinement, estimation, and technical design; create documentation
Support deployments and hypercare; triage and fix production issues
Upgrade success with minimal remediation
5–8 years of Salesforce development; 2+ years on FSC
Strong Apex/LWC/SOQL/SOSL; experience with OmniStudio and Flows
Solid understanding of security, data quality, and performance tuning
Preferred
Platform Developer II (preferred)
OmniStudio Developer
FSC AP is a plus
