Provide regular service level reporting and proactively identify risks to customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Dairy/Food Science, or related field
5–7+ years of experience in supply chain management, production planning, or logistics, ideally in dairy or food processing
Strong track record of customer service and escalation management
Proficiency with ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
Solid understanding of dairy supply dynamics and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Customer-first mindset: ensuring supply reliability in line with commercial promises
Cross-functional leadership: able to coordinate between BD, operations, and customers
