Responsibilities

Architect, build, and deploy intelligent, agentic solutions that work across legacy infrastructure, modern platforms, and stakeholder needs
Work closely with senior architects, platform leads, and business stakeholders to design AI-enabled systems that solve meaningful problems across enterprise and mission environments
Gain exposure to next-generation tooling, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and AI agents
Contribute to high-impact efforts that demand both technical skill and strategic insight

Required

5+ years of experience in software engineering with exposure to production-scale AI or ML-enabled applications
Experience integrating LLMs or multimodal models into user-facing applications or workflow tools
Experience with RAG systems using vector databases, including OpenSearch or Weaviate and embedding models
Experience with backend engineering in Python
Experience building or supporting AI agents, including using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI
Knowledge of APIs, cloud functions, and deployment pipelines
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with data scientists, platform engineers, UX designers, and security stakeholders
Ability to write and optimize prompts, chains, and tool integrations to improve LLM performance in real-world use cases
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

2+ years of experience integrating with third-party platforms, including Salesforce and ServiceNow
2+ years of experience working with modern AI capabilities in machine learning, including deep learning and LLM frameworks
Experience with AI-assisted development such as Cursor, Cline, Windsurf, or Claude Code
Experience with Graph DB such as AWS Neptune, Neo4j, or Azure Cosmos DB
Experience with AWS AI-related services and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Experience with infrastructure-as-code or standup of cloud-based infrastructure and platform services, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
