They are seeking a creative and driven Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts across multiple states, focusing on high-volume recruitment and innovative sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple hospitality locations, including seasonal operations and year-round properties
Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies beyond standard job boards to attract top hospitality talent
Coordinate onboarding for returning seasonal employees and recruit new talent for peak seasons
Support J-1 visa and H-2B visa processes for seasonal and international workers
Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates
Maintain organized candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruiting process
Provide additional HR generalist support as needed during non-peak recruiting periods
Occasional travel to properties during seasonal openings (minimal, 2-3 times per year maximum)
Qualification
Required
Experience in high-volume recruiting, particularly in the hospitality industry
Ability to develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies beyond standard job boards
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple locations
Experience coordinating onboarding for seasonal employees
Knowledge of J-1 visa and H-2B visa processes
Strong collaboration skills to partner with executive leadership and hiring managers
Ability to maintain organized candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication
Willingness to provide additional HR generalist support as needed
Ability to travel occasionally to properties during seasonal openings
