Responsibilities
Join a team of 14 physicians in a medically focused, referral-driven practice
Handle a high surgical volume with up to 50 cases per week
Work in 2-3 office locations and a physician-owned ASC with multiple ORs
Enjoy strong co-management with optometrists and an OD-friendly culture
Qualification
Required
MD or DO with fellowship training in cornea and external disease
Open to residents, fellows, and experienced physicians (no visa sponsorship)
Strong surgical judgment and a collaborative mindset
Excellent communication skills and a positive contribution to practice culture
