Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading M&A transactions, corporate development initiatives, or private equity–style deal work
Strong financial acumen, including valuation modeling and due‑diligence management
Ability to navigate complex negotiations and communicate effectively at the executive level
Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution‑driven approach
Demonstrated success in environments where growth is driven by acquisition
