Responsibilities
Lead tax planning, structuring, and compliance governance across all entities
Evaluate tax implications for acquisitions, dispositions, and capital strategies
Serve as the primary liaison with external tax advisors and legal partners
Oversee compliance calendars, review deliverables, and ensure timely filings
Coordinate investor tax reporting, including K-1s and complex inquiries
Manage multi-state sales, use, franchise, and property tax matters
Maintain audit-ready records and prepare internal tax reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
5+ years of real estate tax experience, ideally multifamily or commercial
Strong partnership tax, entity structuring, and investor reporting knowledge
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage external advisors
Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
