Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 8 years of experience in product management, software innovation, or platform leadership
In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college
Preferred
Certification(s) preferred: International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile certifications validating expertise in Agile principles, values, and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
Excelling in product management and strategy execution
Leading multi-disciplinary teams for impactful solutions
Guiding product ideation, road mapping, prioritization, and lifecycle ownership from conception through end of life
Driving innovation and continuous improvement culture
Communicating effectively across diverse audiences
Cultivating inclusive teams and developing future leaders
Acting as a trusted advisor to executives, shaping product direction and influencing decision-making
