Responsibilities

Participate/Facilitate root cause and corrective action (RCCA) investigations to address non-conformances, ensuring effective resolution and continuous improvement
Execute non-conformance processing from initiate to disposition and collaborate with internal and external customers
Deliver fact-based decision points to leadership through daily/weekly metrics and reviews
Ensure product qualification and provide guidance through AS9100 FAI process
Collaborate with manufacturing operations to ensure quality standards are in place
Working knowledge of DD FORM 250; Hardware Kit Reviews; Contractual Documents; Government Source Inspection (GSI); Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR); Pre-Induction and Delivery of Air Vehicles; and Factory Accountability

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline
8 years' experience related to Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Integration; 6 years' with Masters; 4 years with PhD
High competence in AS9100 nonconforming material processing
Accomplished in Lean Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis processes
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret level clearance, including Special Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
The ability to work 1st shift and any work schedule

Preferred

Aerospace, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background
Experience engaging with manufacturing on the shop floor to provide solutions
Program Depot Maintenance (PDM)
AS9100D Certified
Certified Quality Engineer
Secret Clearance Periodic Re-investigation within the last 5 years
Special Access Program (SAP) Current
