Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end analytics and data transformation initiatives, including assessments, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and self-service enablement
Partner with executive and functional leaders to translate business objectives into actionable KPIs, OKRs, and insights
Deliver executive, operational, and drill-down dashboards across Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Marketing
Manage cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams across onsite and offshore delivery models
Establish delivery governance, project plans, risk management, and stakeholder communication cadences
Drive data governance, platform integration, adoption, and change management
Identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics, automation, and GenAI to improve decision-making
Qualification
Required
10+ years leading analytics, BI, or data transformation programs through consulting or strong industry roles in operations, strategy, or marketing
Experience across QSR, restaurants, travel, tourism, hospitality, events, retail, or consumer services
Proven experience working closely with senior leadership and client stakeholders in the US and/or Canada
Strong expertise in KPI frameworks, performance management, and industry benchmarking
Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional and multi-vendor teams
BI & Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik
Data Platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift
Cloud Technologies: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform
Data & Analytics: SQL, Python, Spark, dbt
Analytics Techniques: Descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics; trend and root-cause analysis; forecasting and scenario modeling
Experience integrating data from operational systems such as POS, ERP, supply chain, workforce, CRM, and marketing platforms
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field
Preferred
MBA or Master's degree
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master certification
Cloud or BI platform certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP, Power BI, Tableau)
