Farmers Insurance is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Team Member to join their high-performing agency. This role involves driving revenue, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and contributing to a positive team culture while meeting individual sales goals.

Responsibilities

Drive new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend the right coverage
Sell and cross-sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and policy reviews
Meet and exceed individual sales goals, contributing to overall agency growth
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and compliance requirements
Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
Participate in team meetings and sales strategy sessions

Qualification

Required

Previous sales experience or a demonstrated ability to consistently meet goals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals

High level of organization and time management
Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals

Preferred

1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual abilities are a plus
