Responsibilities

Develop and implement partnership marketing strategies aligned with event goals and business objectives
Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities across sectors such as corporate sponsors, industry associations, non-profits, and educational institutions
Create partnership frameworks that deliver mutual benefits and measurable outcomes
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the cybersecurity ecosystem
Act as the primary contact for marketing partnerships and relationship management
Develop trusted relationships with executives and decision-makers at partner organizations
Launch co-marketing programs to drive attendee acquisition and brand awareness
Develop joint content initiatives like webinars, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces
Coordinate partnership activations at events, including co-located experiences and joint presentations
Work with the sales team to identify partnership opportunities within sponsor relationships
Design co-marketing initiatives that go beyond traditional sponsorship packages
Set KPIs and track partnership performance, including lead generation and attendee acquisition
Provide regular reports on partnership ROI and optimize strategies based on data
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and event teams to align partnerships with business strategy
Work with content and communications teams to develop thought leadership initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in partnership marketing, business development, or relationship management
Proven ability to build successful B2B partnerships and deliver measurable results
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools

Preferred

Background in cybersecurity, technology, or events
Existing network within the cybersecurity community
Experience with non-profit or educational partnerships
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies
