This role oversees a broad commercial portfolio and plays a central role in advancing long-term business objectives while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and customer-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities
Lead commercial and revenue strategy across concessions, aviation fees, transportation revenues, cargo, and airport support development
Oversee property development, space utilization planning, lease administration, and major lease negotiations
Guide airline rates, charges, and cost recovery strategies in coordination with Aviation Financial Services
Develop concession strategies that optimize revenue and align with airport business and customer experience goals
Direct parking and ground transportation programs, including yield management, pricing strategies, and access initiatives
Advance ancillary commercial development, including non-terminal real estate and innovative revenue opportunities
Provide executive oversight of cargo planning, revenue management, and market expansion strategies
Communicate complex financials to an executive audience, telling the “story” and selling the benefits of major development deals
Direct audit compliance, accounts receivable, permitting, and commercial policy decisions
Manage and develop a large, multidisciplinary team and foster cross-department collaboration
Engage external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
At least 15 years of progressively responsible experience in commercial development, revenue strategy, real estate, finance, or a related discipline
Demonstrated record of executive leadership
High-stakes negotiations experience
Stakeholder engagement experience
Effective communication at the senior level
Preferred
Advanced degree
Commercial and/or financial experience in an aviation environment
