Responsibilities
Establish, develop and maintain professional relationships with key managers and decision makers of assigned customer portfolio
Identify opportunities within existing accounts to organically grow business
Communicate and set appropriate expectations with customers during all aspects of the sales & manufacturing process
Develop delivery timelines and schedules in partnership with customer and internal teams
Track order status through manufacturing process
Ensure 4Front is exceeding customers expectations
Research and resolve issues regarding documentation, material shortages, consignment, schedules, purchasing, etc
Qualification
Required
Proficient in navigating and working within an ERP system
Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
Previous OEM or EMS industry experience highly desirable
Strong analytical, problem solving and innovative solution capabilities
Excellent communication ability using strong listening skills and logical, systematic approach to assimilating and sharing information in all areas
Ability to effectively manage multiple customers of varying complexity, meet deadlines and work well in fast-paced environment
Must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or actively working towards obtaining the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
