Customer ServiceField SupportMechanical Engineering
Responsibilities
Receive and dispatch service installation orders
Coordinate with field teams, technicians, and subcontractors
Resolve customer inquiries and escalated issues
Schedule and prioritize jobs based on urgency, skills, and location
Maintain accurate logs, records, and communications
Support smooth operations and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Qualification
Required
Excellent communicator (oral and written)
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Calm under pressure with sound decision-making abilities
Proficient in basic computer use and data entry
High School diploma or equivalent
Open availability (Mon–Fri, 6 AM–9 PM & rotating Sat, 8 AM–5 PM)
Willingness to work overtime as needed
