Responsibilities
Serving as a mentor to K-8 students, earning their trust and cultivating a mindset without limits
Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to tailor educational journeys—students move at their own speed while you facilitate discovery
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (goal-setting, public speaking, teamwork) that equip students for long-term success
Building a culture rooted in curiosity, ambition, and development—support students in recognizing their strengths and passions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any field
Proven public speaking ability, with a track record of engaging and energizing audiences
A genuine passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-8th grade students
3 years of experience coaching or mentoring children
Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; or Fort Worth, TX
Availability to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
