Responsibilities
You’ll own core ML infrastructure that accelerates research: experiment tracking, benchmarking, training pipelines, distributed compute, and deployment standards
You’ll work closely with researchers and platform teams to take models from prototype to production quickly and safely
ML dev environment, experimentation & benchmarking tools
Distributed compute: Ray, Airflow, Kubernetes
Training & inference pipelines
Handoff contracts and performance gates
Agentic workflow/LLM agent orchestration
Qualification
Required
5+ years software engineering
2+ years ML engineering
Strong experience with ML infrastructure or internal tooling
Background with distributed systems and model deployment
Comfortable in fast-moving research-to-production environments
Based in NYC — hybrid, 3 days per week in office
