Responsibilities
Execute portfolio strategy for the state/locality to proactively communicate Health Plans’ state/local community impact to key stakeholders
Identify and share best practices and learnings with state-based markets and establish a community of practice to scale across the network
Develop and adapt marketing activations content so that they are relevant and accessible to all audiences
Support execution of the marketing budget and annual marketing plans, shaping investment which reflects effective portfolio planning, resource allocation, bold investment decisions, and intense cost management
Derive insights from regional markets to inform marketing strategy and execution for national brands (Ambetter and WellCare), and serve as single corporate marketing/comms contact for Health Plans across all Lines of Business
Identify opportunities for scale and efficiency in both enabling investment (agency fees, production, research etc.) and media to support development and delivery of local content
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field required
Organization and talent management experience required
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
6+ years of experience in marketing or communications within the healthcare industry preferred
