MANAGEMENT SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities
You will prepare documents for appropriate format/distribution/inclusion of required information and explain reporting procedures/requirements to senior personnel
You will maintain a variety of office files, databases, workload tracking reports ensuring appropriate formats and record keeping rules are followed
You will provide administrative support for awards and performance action
You will analyze, conduct, evaluate and schedule the administrative and annual training requirements of civilian personnel and their military supervisors
You will prepare all required documents for Marine Corps Recruiting Command HQ personnel regarding security matters
You will analyze and evaluate the administrative requirements of HQ personnel regarding clearance requirements and performing those requirements
You will maintain, gather, and compile security records of organizational personnel
You will conduct management and program analysis and prepare documents for appropriate format, distribution, and inclusion of required information and explain reporting procedures and requirements to senior personnel
You will prepare all required documents that support the command insider threat program and serves as the assistant insider threat program
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen
Must be determined suitable for federal employment
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program
New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check
Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326
Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service
You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites
You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector maintaining a variety of office files, databases, and workload tracking ensuring appropriate formats are followed and providing administrative support for awards, performance, and annual training requirements
You are eligible for this appointing authority if you are an individual who: Completed, within the previous two years, a qualifying associates, bachelor's, master's, professional, doctorate, vocational or technical degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution
Successful completion a master's or equivalent graduate degree
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
LL.B. or J.D., if related
A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education
