Responsibilities

Executing focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
Creating individualized motivational experiences through gamified literacy achievement markers
Reviewing student performance data to refine teaching methods and identify actionable patterns
Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary learners in reaching grade-level reading proficiency

Qualification

Master's degree in readingAdvanced reading certificationSmall-group reading interventionsAI/adaptive learning toolsDifferentiated instruction

Required

Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree
Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
At least 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions for K–2 students
Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre-written curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning tools and able to respond to student behaviors within these platforms
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Available to work on-site at one of our campuses: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
