The Investment Associate will build and maintain detailed financial models for power and energy infrastructure investments and support investment underwriting and transaction execution.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain detailed financial models (project finance, corporate, and platform-level) for power and energy infrastructure investments
Support investment underwriting, including market analysis, technical diligence coordination, valuation, and risk assessment
Assist with transaction execution, including due diligence, IC coordination, and support of legal documentation
Assist with ongoing monitoring of portfolio investments, including financial performance, covenant compliance, and variance analysis
Work with operating partners, management teams, and third-party service providers to evaluate performance and strategic initiatives

Required

2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, project finance, or a related role
Experience in the power, utilities, infrastructure, and/or renewable energy sectors
Strong financial modeling skills, including project finance and cash flow-based valuation methodologies
