Responsibilities
Member of support team working
Help desk tickets solving user issues
Break fixes
Occasional software enhancements
Support transitional efforts from AS400 to .Net environments
Execute periodic tasks:
File upload/download
Yearend budget/financial rollovers
Document existing processes to support software conversion efforts
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years working in an AS400 software development environment
Minimum of 5 years working with COBOL/400 developing and implementing applications
Minimum of 5 years working with AS400/CL developing and implementing applications
Minimum of 5 years working with AS400/DDS developing and implementing applications
Minimum of 5 years working with IBM DB2/SQL developing and implementing applications
Minimum of 5 years working as a Business Analyst
Minimum of 3 years working with Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, Visio
Ability to work independently, be flexible and work several projects simultaneously
Must be action oriented; Taking ownership of new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
Customer Service Focused
Preferred
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience with Peoplesoft or other Financial systems
PeopleSoft development tools
.Net development
JAVA and PHP developing and implementing applications in a Web environment
