Responsibilities
Serve as the regional technical expert and primary field contact
Support and oversee new equipment start-ups and field investigations
Diagnose complex refrigeration issues and provide effective solutions
Train and supervise contractors and dealers on installation, maintenance, and safety
Collaborate with engineering, product, and quality teams to drive improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Commercial Refrigeration or 5+ years HVAC/Refrigeration experience
Hands-on experience with CO₂, Glycol, HFC systems, and BMS platforms (Danfoss, CPC, Carel, etc.)
Preferred
EPA Certification
