Responsibilities
Process design and equipment/machine procurement for AGV
Introduce innovative manufacturing technology through prototype equipment development
Project management (schedule development and budget tracking)
Support company and departmental G&O’s (safety, quality, efficiency, cost reduction, environmental and delivery)
Equipment/jig specification, justification, installation, testing, and buyoff, process validation & capability
Lead planning and equipment/machine install events, support equipment training, line-off, and document buy-off condition incorporating ergo, safety and spare parts
Provide regular updates to management on key projects
Capacity and feasibility studies
Prepare and present materials that explain background, concern, current condition, and countermeasures
Understand machine operation and make suggestions to improve machine operation ratios, net operator time and product flow
Communication between support departments for open items. (Design, Quality, Production Control, Production, Business Planning, Purchasing, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Engineering and 3 years relevant experience, or a Technical degree and 7 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant experience
Experience with process design for AGV's, including launching / integrating AGV automation projects
Highly motivated and technically competent, innovative problem-solver that incorporates the plan, do, check, action methods
Excellent self-management and project management skills (ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously)
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to collect, analyze and effectively use data to drive decision making
Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management and organization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to negotiate, prioritize, and multitask
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (TAC group companies, DMTN, DNJP, etc.)
Willingness to work overtime when necessary
