Responsibilities

Assisting project managers in planning, tracking, and executing project tasks and deliverables
Supporting the development and maintenance of project documentation, such as timelines, status reports, and risk logs
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting key takeaways and action items
Monitoring project milestones, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure timely completion
Conducting research and gathering data to support project decision-making
Facilitating communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Identifying risks, roadblocks, and opportunities for process improvements
Maintaining project management tools, dashboards, and reports as needed
Assisting in the creation of presentations and reports for project updates
Providing general administrative support to project management teams as required

Required

Must be a graduating high school senior with demonstrated academic achievement OR a current full-time undergraduate, graduate, or doctorate student, preferably in Project Management, Operations, or a technical or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or Jira is a plus
Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and technicians in a team environment
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance (if applicable)
Willingness to travel to other CACI locations or customer sites as necessary
Capability to handle light materials, boxes, or equipment as part of the role
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred experience includes previous internships in a program management-related field
