Responsibilities

Help federal clients design and deliver modern, cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Translate mission needs into secure, compliant architectures
Lead cloud modernization initiatives
Guide development teams through successful delivery using GCP services and best practices
Serve as a technical leader—mentoring teams, shaping cloud strategy, and identifying opportunities to expand cloud and digital modernization capabilities

Required

8+ years of experience as a software or cloud solution architect leading Agile teams delivering microservice- and API-based applications
Experience supporting FedRAMP accreditation or ATO efforts
Experience with data and analytics platforms such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, or Databricks on GCP
Experience architecting solutions on GCP, including VPC, IAM, GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, or Monitoring
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Ability to obtain a Google Cloud Certification such as Professional Cloud Architect Certification within 3 months of start date

Preferred

Experience briefing and supporting senior government decision-makers
Experience serving as lead architect on large federal or enterprise systems
Experience working with senior agency or enterprise architects
Experience supporting architectural governance and compliance reviews
