Responsibilities
Own and manage end-to-end customer onboarding processes through handoff to customer success team
Serve as a key execution partner to the COO, driving operational priorities from concept to completion
Support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth cross-functional execution
Build, document, and continuously improve operational processes and workflows
Track and manage timelines for licensing renewals and regulatory reporting requirements
Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure compliance obligations are met on time
Act as a reliable point of ownership for high-priority operational initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably in consulting, banking, or startup operations
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with limited hand-holding
High ownership mentality; no task too small attitude
Calm, reliable executor who thrives in fast-paced environments
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Great with people
Willing and able to learn quickly. Self starter with a 'No task is too big or small' attitude
