Responsibilities
Conduct moderate to complex systems and process analysis within the Infor WMS environment
Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and operational workflows
Evaluate warehouse processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
Analyze and present historical data trends to support operational decision-making
Support integrations between Infor WMS and ERP systems
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and data corrections as needed
Participate in on-call support rotation
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge of Infor WMS configuration and administration
Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations, including: Inbound (receiving, putaway), Outbound (order picking, packing, shipping), Inventory Control (cycle counting, slotting, returns), Yard Management (dock scheduling)
Experience integrating Infor WMS with ERP systems using: Infor ION, BODs, EDI, Replenishment tools, RF/mobile scanning devices, Barcode and RFID technologies
Proficiency in SQL (MS SQL Server) for: Querying WMS databases, Developing custom reports, Performing data fixes
Current Resume
Seasonal Flu Vaccine (or willing to get)
TB Skin Test (less than 1yr)
Preferred
Familiarity with warehouse robotic or automation systems
