Oversee Projects from Start to Finish: Manage each project through every stage, from initial sale to final installation, ensuring it meets Pella’s high standards for quality and customer satisfaction

Qualification
Required
Experience in B2C or in-home sales
Understanding of pipeline management
Ability to work independently in the field
Pride in representing a premium brand
Professionalism and customer focus
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, or 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in a B2C environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
