Responsibilities
Establish and execute business unit objectives and goals
Participates with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives
Makes final decisions on implementation and ensures operational effectiveness
Effectively cascades functional strategy and contributes to development of organizational policies
Establish, drive and track performance metrics to meet goals of company
Works on complex issues where problems are not clearly defined and where fundamental principles do not fully apply
Translates business segment strategy into functional plans and guides execution
Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people
Drives a culture of high integrity, continuous improvement, learning and knowledge sharing
Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements
Contributes to development of strategies of a function or multi departments
Erroneous decisions will have a critical long-term (typically up to five years) impact on the overall success of function or multiple departments
Interacts with senior management, executives, and/or major customers which frequently involves negotiating matters of significance to the organization
Reconciles multiple stakeholder views to drive business results
Directs the activities of a functional area or multiple integrated departments through lower management
Leads team(s) to develop new methods and solve complex matters
Train, develop and coach team to achieve business objectives
Accountable for actions that impact function or multiple department budgets

Qualification
Required
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance, if needed
Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the assigned duties, including computer skills
Strong data analytics
Highly organized, able to multi-task and prioritize
Able to balance long-term and short-term deadlines
Maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by company and government requirements
Communicate and interact effectively with peers, supervisors, and the public, including maintaining respect for others, and following company policies
Have a willingness and ability to learn and utilize company technology for company required purposes
Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain knowledge, skills, and abilities as it pertains to your job
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience; or equivalent experience
Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones, use tools/equipment)
Travel Requirements: Yes, as required
Preferred
Prior MRP experience preferred
Previous experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred
