They are searching for a Contract Figma Systems Designer (Figma Expert) to design and scale advanced Figma systems for a consumer apparel and lifestyle brand, enhancing global marketing communications and campaign execution.

Responsibilities
Design and maintain a Figma-based marketing newsletter site, creating modular templates that support structured content, navigation, and scalable updates
Build global, reusable Figma library templates for campaigns across regions and channels
Implement directive auto-population to generate channel-specific deliverables, including resizing, reformatting, and content swapping via Figma plugins or API scripts
Create a brand brief slide system that enables non-designers to input structured information easily
Develop product design guidelines within Figma and/or a standards CMS to document best practices and usage
Architect and manage a global design system inside Figma, leveraging components, variables, and Auto Layout
Design modular campaign systems that support marketing, brand, and creative workflows
Build Figma Slide systems for briefs, concepting, and presentations
Partner cross-functionally with brand, creative, product, and leadership stakeholders
Produce clear documentation and maintain highly organized files to support scale and adoption
Qualification
Required
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, Auto Layout, responsive design, and prototyping
Deep experience with Figma Slides and Figma Sites
End-to-end UX/UI and product design experience with ownership mindset
Ability to build no-code / low-code or lightweight technical solutions
Hands-on experience with API integration and automation scripting
Strong understanding of marketing, creative, and brand workflows
Experience integrating with DAM, CMS, and workflow tools
Strong documentation and communication skills
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional, global teams
Solid understanding of responsive resizing and basic database structures
JavaScript required
