2+ years expT-Square Engineering, Inc. is an ambitious civil engineering firm in Franklin, TN, seeking a full-time Civil Site Engineer Intern. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to assist in project planning and design for various civil-site projects.

Responsibilities
Aid in project planning and design for civil-site and related projects
Perform site geometric design, grading, stormwater calculations, and plan production utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D
Coordinate with Project Engineer and perform design/drafting efforts on a project
Ensure that drawings and designs are in accordance with company production and design standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering
Proficiency in Civil 3D
Ability to relocate to Franklin, TN 37064 before starting work
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A team player who strives to provide quality work, meet project needs, and deliver projects in a timely manner
Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, able to successfully multitask on several projects concurrently under the guidance of the overseeing project manager
Preferred
Two (2) years of experience in land development, civil-site design, erosion control, grading, site layouts, and storm water management
Experience in storm water modeling software, such as Hydraflow, etc
Familiar with submittal schedules and timelines for civil-site design projects
General understanding of applicable design codes and municipal design standards, as well as a willingness to learn from and grow with evolving municipal and company standards
