Director of Operations

The Director of Operations is a newly created role aimed at driving operational enhancements to support the firm's ambitious growth goals, overseeing operational teams, and establishing processes that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the operational teams, including onshore and offshore staff, ensuring alignment with the firm's goals
Create and implement effective processes and standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Manage employee relations, support career path development, and oversee HR-related tasks
Handle all vendor contracts and relationships, ensuring alignment and value for the firm
Lead and manage the offshore team, ensuring clear communication and efficiency across borders
Collaborate with leadership to support the firm's strategic objectives and growth initiatives
Coordinate occasional travel to Latin American locations to support team integration and collaboration
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2-3 years in operations or a similar role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams, including international teams, with a focus on outcomes
Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-focused mindset and capability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to navigate complex team dynamics and support effective collaboration
Familiarity with Office 365 and phone systems like Capture Now
Candidates must exhibit a maturity level that supports a drama-free, respectful workplace
Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, especially in a fast-paced environment
