Responsibilities
Serve as front-of-house reception, greeting guests and managing incoming calls
Support the opening and setup of a brand-new office, including ongoing office operations
Manage conference rooms, calendars, catering, and meeting setup
Coordinate with building management, vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers
Order and maintain office, kitchen, and pantry supplies
Assist with new hire onboarding (badges, parking coordination, office setup)
Handle mail, couriers, and FedEx shipments
Support office events and team lunches
Act as backup support for office operations as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as an Office Assistant, Office Coordinator, Receptionist, or similar role
Professional, polished, and client-facing demeanor
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Experience supporting an office opening, relocation, or start-up office environment is strongly preferred
