Required

Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis to identify opportunities and trends in real estate
Strong Acquisitions and Program Management skills to manage and execute property acquisition strategies effectively
Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and crafting actionable insights
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently

Preferred

Experience in real estate or a related field is highly beneficial
Familiarity with the Grand Rapids area is a plus
