Responsibilities
Support the recruiting process by scheduling interviews, partnering with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
Support onboarding coordination, including preparing documents and assisting with pre-employment steps
Maintain internal records
Help ensure a positive, seamless candidate experience throughout the interview process
Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, candidates, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner
Manage day-to-day front desk operations, including answering and routing phone calls and general inquiries
Coordinate mail, packages and deliveries
Maintain office and conference spaces
Support conference room scheduling, visitor access, and onsite logistics
Provide support for internal meetings and events
Partner with HR, IT, Recruiting and Operations teams to support smooth office and hiring workflows
Help identify opportunities to improve process, organization, and overall employee and candidate experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
4-6 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, receptionist, administrative support role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Professional communication abilities, and comfort with common office software
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
