Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for external and internal callers
Transfer calls quickly and accurately to the appropriate department
Represent the organization with professionalism and warmth
Qualification
Required
Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet
Strong computer skills
Accurate spelling
Minimum 30+ WPM typing
An appropriate home workspace
Be available for mandatory meetings and training onsite when needed
In the event of at-home tech issues, be able to report onsite
Preferred
Prior phone operator experience is a plus
