Responsibilities
Develops and executes high level and detailed project plans
Communicates, consults with, and oversees Production and Design
Develops and analyzes schedules and budgets
Reports schedule progress regularly to the customer
Develops and releases planning and purchases supplies
Performs design and drafting tasks related to the processing of a requested product
Transforms a successful project plan into successful execution (plan, monitor, execute, close out)
Maintains understanding of the product development and product realization processes
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3)
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). Janicki will assist with gaining this access once employed. Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position and requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program
All positions required at least a high school diploma/GED
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Project Manager
Must have effective graphical, verbal, and written communication skills in the English language
Must be able to lead a team of engineers to create and execute complex objectives in the manufacturing of products
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software is required
Experience with CATIA and NX CAD software is required
Preferred
A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency with SAP ERP Software is preferred
