Responsibilities
Take full ownership of assigned solar projects, collaborating with Regional Lead Project Managers to manage projects through Early-Stage processes including Screening, Diligencing, and Early-Stage Pipeline preparation
Deliver technically feasible, schedule-appropriate, commercially supported, and financially viable solar projects
Analyze technical and financial data, identifying key variables, indicators, and trends related to assigned solar projects
Create, own, and actively manage project capital budgets
Coordinate development and permitting activities, leverage subject matter experts, facilitate engineering processes, and drive problem resolution
Work cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and development teams
Qualification
Required
6-10 years of project management experience, preferably in renewable energy or solar construction
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
Strong analytical capabilities with experience in financial modeling and technical data analysis
Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation through execution
Understanding of solar energy development processes, permitting, and construction phases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
