They are seeking a Bookkeeper and Personal Assistant to manage bookkeeping tasks, assist in financial processes, and support the CEO/Founder with both professional and personal administrative responsibilities.

Manage bookkeeping tasks
Assist in financial processes
Support the CEO/Founder with both professional and occasional personal administrative responsibilities
Maintain financial records
Prepare financial statements
Process transactions
Maintain organization for the CEO
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Bookkeeping, Financial Statements, and preparing accurate Journal Entries
Experience in using Quickbooks and understanding Finance principles
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in a bookkeeping or similar role is strongly preferred
